Feeder band from Hurricane Nate over Fort Island Beach on Florida's gulf coast.
I found this little island full of black skimmer birds who seemed unfazed that there were bands from Hurricane Nate coming onshore. These bands had some of the heaviest rain I’ve seen in a while, but the birds seemed to love it.
