Cumulonimbus clouds silhouetted by a wind turbine farm. A non-tornadic supercell passed over this wind farm with the setting sun behind me. As the storm went by the turbines really started to spin. Tornado alley central shifts towards Eastern Colorado / Eastern Wyoming around the last week of May and the first week of June. It also makes for great weather viewing.

I waited about an hour on a dirt road in Eastern Colorado for this one storm to come my way so I could get a shot of it with a wind farm in the distance. As the storm got closer it started producing lightning bolts. I was fortunate to be able to capture .
